Then came the fateful day when <strong>I lost my entire blog </strong>during an update!<strong> </strong>Luckily I found my old posts using a combination of Google Cache and Archive.org.</p>

<p style=”text-align: left;”>I still believed that WordPress was the best option for my blog. I decided to <strong>learn how WordPress works</strong> so that would <strong>never happen again</strong>. I found that I really enjoyed tinkering around the back-end of WordPress. Pretty soon, I was helping other people fix their blogs. One day a friend said, “You know Crystal…The way you are always fixing other people’s blogs, you are like a Blog Doctor.”</p>

<p style=”text-align: left;”>She was right.<strong> I <em>was</em> like a blog doctor!</strong> It was only a short time before the majority of my clients were coming to me because their blog needed a prescription!<strong> </strong></p>

<p style=”text-align: left;”>Since that time I have worked on over a hundred WordPress blogs. Still, many people would like to maintain <strong>their own blog</strong> and not have to ask me – or anyone else – to do it, but they just don’t know how.</p>
